Our Story.
Mountbry has been family operated for over 25 years. We began as a small boutique European inspired pâtisserie. After gaining exceptional skills and experience handcrafting our quality pâtisserie products alongside our master pastry chefs, our passion grew towards seeking out the very best ingredients the world has to offer.
This led us to the beautiful Bay of Plenty region of New Zealand where we built a reputation of producing high quality cakes and desserts for the professional food service and retail industry. We now export our New Zealand crafted desserts to leading brands and restaurants all around the world.
Our quality comes from our skills and experience as well as our innovative approach to bringing inspiration to the wholesale dessert category. For us, success is about helping our customers and distributors make money and our consumers enjoy the tastes of New Zealand. We have built a reputation for producing high quality cakes and desserts for the professional food service and retail industry around the world. We sell to international hotel groups and cafe chains, major supermarket chains, airlines, catering companies and institutions.
